Upon browsing in an article I saw a topic about an inquiry regarding a canadian organization that grants financial assistance to small businesses in the Philippines. But the URL that was given in that article cannot be found. However the canadian agency was given. I then browse the internet looking for the CIDA – Canadian International Development Agency. There was an on going project titled Promoting Rural Industries and Market Enhancement and the executing agency is PHILIPPINE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. If you are interested you can browse their website and contact them. The project duration is 2005 – 2009 and maybe this could be an answer to our financial need.
