One particular flight was cancelled. Following directions I went to the refund office where my paperwork was stamped. "Refund OK"!! Did I ever see the refund. Hell No!! After numerous calls where I was transferred over and over. I gave up. I am a foreigner with more resources than the typical filipino. I wonder how many of them gave up after numerous attempts to get their hard earned money refunded? And there "Express Lines" that take quite often two hours to get thru are no way an Express Line.
