Retailers Selling of Defective Nokia BL-5C Battery Will Be Punished

Nokia and DTI personnel here in the Philippines made an inspection of the retailers in Greenhills Shopping Center to look for defective batteries. They found out that some sellers don’t know that what they are selling are defective. One of the DTI representative points out that not all BL-5C batteries are defective. The battery units that you doubt to be defective should be checked in the Nokia website by entering the serial numbers. Nokia have to replace 46 million units worldwide so obviously their business is affected.
