This will aid the Philippine e-commerce since companies here that offer online payment gateway cost so much. On September 28, 2007, Vivian Hsiang of PayPal’s international products announces on her blog (click here) that this new feature is now available on 26 countries. “PayPal now offers account balance withdrawals to Visa-branded credit, debit, or prepaid cards in 26 international markets.” said Vivian.
“This new functionality is available in: Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Cyprus, Estonia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Indonesia, India, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Philippines, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, UAE, and Uruguay.”
