Most Filipinos does not celebrate Halloween because this custom originates in the Western society. What we are only aware of is All Saints Day where we remember our departed love ones. But since the celebration of Halloween is spreading throughout the world, specially to the middle and upper class of the society maybe we could also have a share in the market by having our own business ideas. The most common ideas we see in malls are those scary masks, costumes, toys, banners, candies, decorations like pumpkins for Halloween. There is a toy store in Tutuban, divisoria where you can purchase those items in a cheaper price and can also resell them if you are planning to add those items in your existing stores.

In general, a study of human personality traits isn’t a very fruitful approach to explaining leadership. This is because not all leaders possess all of the traits, and many nonleaders possess most or all of them! The trait approach also gives no guide as to how much of any trait a person should have. Furthermore, out of dozens of studies, there’s no uniformity of identified facts or any significant correlations of traits with actual instances of leadership.
Nevertheless, some studies have indicated significant correlations between certain traits and leadership effectiveness. Most writers on the subject see a definite correlation between the traits of integrity, intelligence, dependability, courage, initiative, self-confidence, and strong motivation to accomplish effective leadership. Let’s examine this correlation in more detail.

This Saturday, October 28, 2007, Kabuhayang Swak na Swak featured the following episodes:
1. Nanding’s Flower Shop - Aling Urbana started with a capital of 3,000 pesos and now they are making as much as 180,000 per week on occasions such as All Saint’s Day and Valentines day. They are cebuanos which we know are very enterprising. What is the secret to her success? well she only told the viewers to be patient and know how to manage people.
2. Sweet Factory - the business originated in the UK and became a hit in the US. The one featured in swak na swak is the only franchise here in the Philippines started in 2004 and have the master franchise. According to the General Manager, Bernadette Toribio the return of investment is very fast even though the capital is large according to her. For sweet success according to her, you have to have good product, know how to take care of your people and listen to your customers.
3. Asialink Finance Corporation - today’s segment featured Asialink granting loans for OFWs. And not only granting loans but also a part time job as loan consultant or loan agents. They also offer loan consultant job for OFW. There is no age limit as long as you have the potential as a loan consultant. Earnings is by commission from 1% to 5%.

1. Kids Playtime - a toy store in tutuban center that specializes in Halloween toys, decors, masks and other things.
2. Perlie Bersamin candle making making business - they started their business in year 2000. Because the materials are readily available in Divisoria, they have thought of making a one stop shop in candle making. They also offer training on candle making for 800 pesos. The segment also showed the televiewers how to make the candles with the materials but there is no exact measurement.
3. CARICA Herbal Products - the segment featured the franchising system of Carica Herbal Products.

b. Small Outlet Dealet - Investment: P150,000, Income per year: P200,000
c. Big Outlet Dealet - Investment: P300,000, Income per year: P300,000
