On October 15, many bloggers around the world will unite by posting topics about the environment. I have done my share also like using the green bag for shopping in SM supermarket. Using the green bag have incentive by deducting 2 points or pesos on every purchase for a single bag. If you have two green bags, that’s 4 pesos already. You have to purchase the bag first for 35 pesos each. If you are a citibank credit card holder, every 500 pesos worth of yellow tag items you will get a green bag. Another thing I’ve done to have my share of saving the environment is by purchasing an LCD monitor. It saves energy, doesn’t have CRT that contains chemicals harmful in the environment and it will be beneficial to our health also because there is no radiation.
