Sorry to disappoint you folks but this is just a home made movie I saw on Yahoo Video. Not a big deal. Looks like a amateur production playing toy transformers. The title looks intriguing when you happen to visit the page containing the video. Anyway it’s good to know that only human being’s have the capacity of being greedy for money and that does not include robots. Since money is really the main motivator of businessman and entrepreneurs, maybe we should focus more on value that we can share to humanity.
One thing, I also noticed on the video the common misconception about money. The end message says “Money is the root of all evil”. Actually it is not. Money is not evil. It helps us and provides our needs. Even churches need money and ask for donations to propagate the gospel. So the correct sentence should be “The Love of money is the Root of All Evil”. It is clearly written in the Bible.

If you ever wondered what the title means, well it just that we are so accustomed on getting a job after graduation. Many thinks that if you don’t have a job, you’re despicable. But the truth is, having a job will only make us like prisoner tied to a 9-5 environment. It’s true that we need to make a living to sustain our needs but the freedom of being self-employed or an entrepreneur is incomparable. Job security to me is just an illusion. How can you be secure on a job with only two words will ruin your means of livelihood? the words “You’re Fired!“.
In my experience on my previous job, I thought being employed will make me secure even temporarily that is why I endured all the abuse of my bully manager. It’s like 10 years in hell with a monster. I became a coward just for the sake of “job security” because I have this stupid idea that being employed and harassed is alright as long as I have a job. But thanks to my boss’ bullying and to my creativity, little that he know that he was motivating me to create a business and helped me provide a residual income and became my safety net when the dreaded sickle of management came along.

Selling the wrong thing is what most businesses and salespeople are doing. That is what I observe on many companies specially the one I worked with some time ago. The focus is always how great their product is - always the I, ME, I Am, We and not really what the customer needs. Tessa Stowe’s newsletter is an eye opener and a good guide for sales people or those one-man-band entrepreneurs.
So read on:

There are two common method of producing Virgin Coconut Oil:
1. Heated (Hot Methods) processes.
2. Non-Heated (Cold Methods) processes.
Hot methods apply extreme pressure or high heat to extract the oil from the nut. Cold methods obtain oil without applying heat or pressing the coconut meat mechanically, hence the more common term “cold pressed”. While many Virgin Coconut Oil found in the market claim to be cold pressed, the oil you buy may have been heated after extraction to hasten the lowering of the moisture (water) content.

An essential characteristic of leadership or, for that matter, of any endeavor, is the constant striving for improvement. As with motivation, improvement doesn’t just happen; you must make it happen. How can you improve your leadership abilities? The following guidelines will help you:
Put first things first. Do you want to move ahead? You must answer that question first. If your answer is yes, then you must recognize the fact that advancement takes its toll. Advancement requires hard work and personal sacrifice, for many people, the sacrifice is sometimes too great. Know where you want to go and then prepare to sacrifice personal desires to get there. If you’re married, prepare your family for sacrifices, also. They, too, will spend long, lonely hours during the fight uphill.
Of course, relaxing activities don’t have to be given up completely; but you must be perfectly honest and ask yourself whether recreation or hard work for advancement will give you the greater reward. The possibilities for accomplishment are almost limit- less-if you’re willing to pay the price.

I guess every Filipino knows this bakeshop. Now it has become a common bakeshop with more than 500 stores serving every Filipinos. The owner, Julie Gandionco and her sons as far as I remember was already featured on some TV shows. But little that we know how it started from a humble beginning.
The Julie’s Bakeshop story is the kind that hits close to home, particularly because it was born out of the needs of a family which something most people can relate to. When she was already 47, Julie Gandioco’s duties as a mother were becoming less and less demanding. Her children - Bobby, Rico and Opep were already in college, and the rest Oding, Neil and Patty were in high school. her kid’s educational expenses were going up and her husband’s sugar farm was not doing well. So she thought that there were something that she must do to help her husband.
