I got this article from Masigasig Magazine and this is about tips on how you retain good employees. I think this is not the right time to post this because of the economy. But nevertheless this topic might add something to our knowledge. I’m not sure if you will agree on the way the employer treat his employees as you read below and might raise your eyebrow because it seems very unconventional and too lax. I don’t know if this will work on any kind of industry, but since the company mentioned here is an I.T. business, it might work well if properly implemented on I.T. related businesses.
In the Orange & Bronze office, we found a bright blue bean bag tucked under one desk, two sofa beds in a corner, a big orange stuffed dog on a chair and another room where people could relax on floor mattresses and watch TV. We asked Calen Legaspt O&B’s CEO, to share his secrets to finding and keeping good employees: [click to continue...]

Setting up an online business seem a challenging task because unlike a brick and mortar business, the customer’s only way of getting information is by pictures and some written features of the products you are selling. Some make good sales copy so customers are already psychologically ready to buy the items. That is why information technology are the best things to sell on the internet because there is no need to touch or feel the items before convincing the buyers.
We also see many businesses that prosper in the world wide web and we wanted to take our share in the internet market “pie”. But many online businesses in the U.S. also flopped. Like what I’ve read:
In a recent report, Webmergers found that since January 2000, some 962 internet companies have shut down or declared bankruptcy.

“Taho” is a favorite Filipino delicacy and was a street food sold by traveling vendors. I think the Philippines is the only country that makes this because I can’t find an english term for the word “taho”. Some called it soy yogurt as I read in some magazines but soy yogurt is really a yogurt. I mean the taste is similar to yogurt which is sour and creamy in consistency and use soy milk instead of cow’s milk . Taho on the other hand is similar to Japanese silken tofu but much softer and breaks easily. It’s more of a very soft gelatin in consistency and sweetened with brown syrup sometimes flavored with vanilla. Since I can’t find an appropriate English term for it, for the mean time I will call it “Sweetened Soy Bean Curd” . So as for the recipe, see below:
Ingredients:
500 grams soybeans
3.5 liter water
2 bars white gelatin,
250 grams brown sugar
