Winning The Philippine Lotto

I assume that every Filipino is dreaming of winning the Philippine Lotto because this will surely change the lives on whoever the winning numbers have landed to. I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m an avid Philippine Lotto fan but not to the extent that I will sacrifice everything just to place a bet. It’s just my way of escaping from the reality of hardship. Specially now that I’m drowning in debts. Not because I’m luxurious and always buying every latest gizmos in the market. In fact I only have one child but I’m not only supporting my family but also an extended family. You know what I mean. So buying a lotto ticket is like buying hope. I remember when I was with my co worker which  also became my friend when we were talking about cosmetics. He said women are not buying those beauty stuffs like make-up, lipsticks  or whatever women put on their skin or faces for them to become beautiful but they are buying them to have “hope” on becoming beautiful. He he, no pun intended.

So people who buy lotto tickets, specially those who think like me are just doing it to buy hope.  I always think the odds are too great to win the lotto, and only “hope” that luck will smile at me. I read an interesting post on zdiaz.com regarding the odds of winning and it was computed as 49 x 48 x 47 x 46 x 45 x 44 = 10,068,347,520 for 6/49 Philippine Lotto. You can surely win if you will bet every combination on that 10 billion and by multiplying it by 20 pesos, you need 201,366,950,400 pesos. If I have that amount of money, I don’t need to bet on any lotto!

@Guerrilla Blogger
Thanks for visiting my blog too. I think you are right that we are a sure winner. Still, winning the lotto will definitely boost our quality of life but we should not depend solely on luck.

I wholeheartedly agree that buying a lotto ticket is much like buying hope. My mom buys her ticket daily and believes that one day she will win the jackpot. And who am I to take that hope away from her?

Btw, check this outAnybody Into Lotto Analysis? My uncle used to do charts of numbers he would bet on. Didnt work :-)

I dont Think There Are Really Lotto Winners. I Think They Are Just A Moro-Moro Show Here In Our Country(phil).

hello everyone,
I agree with James, only people from government who are operating lotto are the real winners, they decide when to collect the money.

@kiko hirao
I can’t help you win the lotto but I can only suggest you read Napoleon Hill’s book “Think and Grow Rich”. There is a video on youtube and watch it if you have time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYO0ydiJG3E

Just remember “What your mind can conceive and believe, your mind can achieve”. Just think positive my friend!
