I want to ask if there is a cheaper lodging house near the TLRC.Hindi pa kasi ako kabisado sa Manila coz I’m from Mindanao.I want to attend the training for silkscreen printing.Do I need to pay a reservation to get the slot?Pls let me know how to register for a certain training and the system of paying?Thanks a lot.
