I think there is already an unli-surf for Smart but your cell phone should be 3G capable. I was also waiting for Smart Bro to have an unlimited surfing like the Smart unli-surf but up to now there isn&#039;t any. Just check the Smart website (www.smart.com.ph) for details.</description>

I don&#039;t think Smart Bro will work in the US because it is sim locked to Smart Philippines. The modem is a ZTE M627 dongle and might work in the US if you unlock it, replace it with a different sim that works in the US and configure the dongle software installed in the PC. I read in some forum that you can unlock it and replace it with other local network like Globe Tatoo.</description>
