Below are the free trainings provided by PTTC. The courses seems very short unlike others that last for 2 to 3 days. I have doubts if this is a quality training but hey, nothing beats free so even though they are basic you can at least have an idea if you really like the course you wish to take and if you are not satisfied you can enroll on the more advanced paid trainings. What is important here is you learned something and have a certificate.
PTTC will again conduct a free seminar this coming January 29, 2009 not much compared to last year. Also, according to their website they will also have Feb 26 and March 26 schedule but not sure if the same schedule will appear on the succeeding months. This a free training so if you are interested on one or two of the trainings below you should not miss it. But there is also a job fair in Megamall this coming January 29 in the Megatrade hall and how can we attend those two events? I got an idea, you can go to the training first if you choose the morning schedule then go to the job fair in the afternoon. Since it’s only half day, you can get your certificate afterwards. But the whole day schedule needs to be attended the whole day so it’s up to you if you will choose the job fair or this training. So without much ado below are the list of training available this month.
Again PTTC will conduct a free seminar this coming August 22, 2009. Last month, the seminars were conducted two days but this month it was only one day seminar. Maybe because August 21 was holiday ( Ninoy Aquino’s death anniversary) so only saturday August 22 was available for the seminar. Too bad I didn’t have a chance to attend the seminar conducted last month because I was too busy (e.g. busy finding money for transportation and lunch ) and there was a typhoon. So to those who have a chance to attend despite of the typhoon, congrats! Without much ado below are the courses offered on that day (Whole Day Seminars):
I think this is a good opportunity for those who are interested in aquiring skills by attending a free seminar. This was made possible by DTI-CLEEP (Comprehensive Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program), a priority program of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
To a displaced worker or unemployed individual who cannot afford the cost of attending a seminar like this, then this is the right time to grab the opportunity. For those who were not familiar with PTTC or haven’t been there , it is located on Roxas Boulevard corner Gil Puyat avenue (Click here to see the map). I already attended two seminars already sponsored by the company I worked with few years ago. I remember I took ISO 9000: Quality Management SystemSeries 2000 and Internal Quality Audit which is great because it includes lunch and snacks along with a good quality of teaching. I’m not sure if the free seminar will include snacks, please contact them for details (see bottom of this post for contact details).
