The term “make money online” is very popular in the internet. Why is it? just check it out on Google Trends. And in today’s economy, I assume that those who will be interested will increase dramatically due to the Global
financial crisis. But that is only an opinion. If you will check Google trends again you will notice that in year 2008, the increase is steadily climbing comparing it from the previous years. But it is still a mystery to me why Nigeria is on the top of the list (see regions). Look at the trend below:

There is good news to all displaced OFWs because
OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) is willing to lend up to fifty thousand pesos with an amazing low interest of 5% per annum. I wish I could also avail of this but since I’m not an OFW, then it is impossible. Also, there are other requirements and qualifications before you can avail of it. First is they will give you the loan if you were booted out after October 15, 2008 due to factory closures or company downsizing because maybe it was considered as the start of the global
financial crisis. I don’t know if that is the real start of the crisis because as for me, it started in the first quarter of 2008. Also, the other requirement is the borrower must attend free business courses in order for the displaced worker to manage their livelihood projects.

This might be the best job in the world because the only thing you have to do is laze around Australia’s Great Barrier Reef for six months. And the salary? a whooping 150,000 Australian dollars ($100,000). One qualification I think, for this job is a blogger because you have to take shots and make a post on a daily basis on a blog. The term “employee” seems not very applicable to this job because the only difference between a tourist and “this job” is the qualified applicant will be paid instead of paying for the island vacation.
Looks like a dream come true! I thought only entrepreneurs are the happiest people on earth ( He he just kidding ). So, there are two steps in applying for the job. One is make a video application in 1 minute duration or less and the language you should use should be in English. Second step is fill up an online application form then upload your video. I noticed that there were no Filipinos on the videos , I think this is a good opportunity for pinoys to enter the scene.

Despite the current economic crisis, South Australia have job opportunities waiting for OFWs. This is contrary to the news we have been hearing and seeing on television where it is said that many companies have been laying off many OFWs due to the current economic situation of the world which is feared to be going to a grinding halt. This is what is stated on the OFW guide which I quote:
Demand and opportunities for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) show no signs of waning as more countries expressed their intention to hire more Pinoy workers despite the current financial crisis being experienced worldwide.
