The BFAR Fisheries Scholarship Program is offering undergraduate scholarships to deserving students (Fisheries Scholarship Progam) and also to children of small-scale fisherfolk (Fisherfolk Children Educational Grant) who are interested to pursue a four-year BS Fisheries course. If you are an Ebay Seller, one of the worst (I think) changes is the inabiity of a seller to give negative feedback to buyers.
