I think the iPhone 4 smart phone is one of the most cherished gadgets specially this Christmas. But the price seems not very practical for the average person or a worker. So what can be the solution to own one? If you are rich and don’t mind spending a lot of money for a gadget that won’t last a lifetime, then go ahead and buy one. But even rich people who are careful with their money will have second thoughts on buying one specially those who are not “techie”. My landlord who was an OFW in Italy still have his Nokia 2100 that looks like it came from a museum (he he he, just kidding) with a funny ring tone. When buying an iPhone, you can use your credit card but that is not really the right thing to do if you think you can’t pay it immediately to avoid the horrors of credit card collectors. You can subscribe to Globe Telecoms but you still have to submit documents for your capacity to pay and still won’t guarantee your approval.
Actually I don’t have an original iPhone and I once borrowed it from my sister-in-law. So comparing it with the clone I can say that it is really superior and the touch screen is very sensitive to touch. There are also many applications from iTunes either free or paid. The WiFi is also good and I can surf the internet and use facebook with ease. iPhone is really great for information and entertainment specially if you are the person who travels a lot. But if you think of the price, maybe you won’t mind because that is what money is for, to satisfy your wants and needs. But if you lost it, broke it or someone stole it, then a different picture will show up. If it doesn’t cost too much, like five or six thousand then it won’t hurt much but if it worth fifty thousand pesos, then I think all you can do is cry.
So how about an iPhone Clone? why should we be interested in a China phone? if we see China made products we always think that it is disposable and inferior. But come to think of it, we don’t need all the features of an iPhone. The basic thinks we need it text messaging, calls, camera for pictures and video and music. Mobile internet surfing is also a becoming a need nowadays and most China smart phones have it.
Like for example the H6 iPhone 4 that is equipped with WiFi, analog TV, Dual Sim, Dual Camera, Touch Screen, and a lot more.
So to make a brief review on The H6 iPhone, here are my observations:
1. The Outside Features – this iPhone 4 clone looks exactly like an iPhone 4. The logo is also “iPhone” and the “Apple” logo is what makes it looks more like the original.
2. Touch Screen – 3.5 inch touch screen, HVGA PX:320*480 screen is very responsive but is not as responsive as the original.
3. Internet :
a) WiFi – the WiFi is a 802.11b/g wireless internet. It can function on a wireless router and the setting is easy. If you know how to configure your wireless router at home then it is elementary to configure the Touch Phone. It can detect WiFI signal easily just select the “Search Wifi” button and your done. You can also go to food courts with WiFi or any establishments with free WiFi and surf all day.
b) GPRS/WAP - Also have WAP or GPRS that will function on most providers like Globe Telecoms, Smart or Sun Cellular but you have to manually configure it. It is not supported by Telecom companies so you won’t be able to receive automatic configuration from these providers.
4. Camera - it has dual camera which you can use on taking pictures or videos. It has 2 Mega pixel resolution at the back and 1.3 in the front.
5. Dual Sim – I guess this is a trademark of all China phones. The dual sim works perfectly and simultaneously. You can select which sim to use and you can also turn them on or off. For example if you want only sim#1 to work, you can turn off sim#2.
6. Analog TV – this is also a feature of most China phones. Branded ones don’t have it and might cost a fortune if they will include it. And with regards to the reception, like your television set at home, your area should have a very strong signal. So don’t blame those China phones because most of our television now are subscribe to cable television for the very reason that we complain of weak signal.
7. Memory - Built in 39M memory in phone, support microSD card to 16GB max. U disk support function to keep the information storage.
8. Language – English/ French/ Spanish/ German/ Italian/ Arabic/ Russian/ Turkish/ Portuguese Vietnamese/ Bahasa Indonesia/ Bahasa Melayu/ Persian/ Dutch/ Greek Polish/ Bulgarian/ Czech/ Slovak/ Simplified Chinese/ Traditional Chinese
9. Network – (Quadband) GSM:850/900/1800/1900MHz
10. Battery – rechargeable lithium batteries 1800mAh

@kathleen Yes there is but usually there is no need if the wifi provider does not have security like passwords. Your phone will automatically detect the wifi if you are in a a wifi zone.

@humpz Nope. China iPhones have different OS. Original iphones have iOS so you can’t use original iPhone 4 games and applications. Only Java games and application can run on China phones.

The TV signal is very week,is not clear as compared with other old china phone.Why radio can’t give clear service using earphone if we don’t use an antena ,for example the other phone which has not antena are gives clear service only using earphone .The other is calculator is not give full service on the other side of rotation for example sine ,cosine …,and finally I think youtube is only the name and shape ,it is reader. thank you

@gina munoz Maybe you need to configure your phone of the wifi setting. For example the access point name and password, the kind of security they are using like WEP or WPA.

@Sylvia I think only MP3 files and java apps can be used on the phone. You can’t use itunes apps.

@Grace There is no need to install wifi because it should be built in if your iphone clone has this feature. Usually if you are going to use it on public wifi zone, you need to ask from the wifi provider their password and APN to access. 3G feature has nothing to do with wifi capability. 3G is for telecom like Smart or Globe network while wifi is a feature of wireless router connected to DSL internet broadband.
Hi Again, I just wanted to share some information with your followers. I also have a China iphone 4 . I have been researching for weeks trying to find out information on how these phones work. On my first post I said that my phones wifi works great and it does. The only thing that I am noticing here is that people including myself are using the wrong phone models. After much research I have found out that everyone needs to take out the battery and under the battery they will see exactly what iphone model they have. Eventhough is says iphone 4GS, there are MANY different versions of these phones. I also found out that most of these phones have MTK operating systems or copies of the MTK operating systems and it is almost impossible to download anything into them. My china iphone is model GR888. I have other stuff to share but it is taking alot of you space and I don’t know if you will be able to put this info on your site. Please let me know if this kind of information is ok to share with your followers. Thanks and have a great day!!

Ok here is a little more info. Even the same iphones like the GR888 use different software so just because some GR888 have the same model number does not mean that it has the same software etc. It is recommended that we should all back up our phone information just like we back up our computer stuff. Everyone should know what type CPU, Flash chip Model, original software Flash file version and phone TX RX. To find the MTK firmware version code from your phone you can try these two codes. These are the most common codes the china phones use including the iphone. If these don’t work there are others that I can try to research. Mine worked the first time on this one. enter *#8375# or *#4853*# . This will give you your phone information and you will be able to research more indepth searches for phone apps if your phone has Java installed in it. Have a pen and paper ready to write down the information it shows. It will have the Version info., BRANCH, BUILD, BUILD NO, SERIAL # and BUILD TIME. My BUILDTIME was 2010/11/15. So my phone in almost one year old but I have only had it a very short time. The Serial Number of the phone will properly identify it. I did find out that if your phone has Java you should be able to download java games. There is a lot to learn on these phones if you so desire. I like learning so I keep searching but all in all I love my phone. It has everything I need although I would like to maybe have some ring tones, games etc. and you need to know EXACTLY what Firmware Version you have before you can do anything. I will gladly share with you guys whatever I am learning. Hope this was helpful.

I just bought my iphone china phone last Nov.16,2011 and so far its helpful already unlike other nokia china phone model nowadays. At first I bought this nokia C5 china model and find myself disappointed with the toolbar and browser it has. The facebook, google and other logos available don’t work, it pops out in a china characters and worst it says installation failed. I tried to configure and connect it on my pc but still the shit won’t work right. I ended up going back to where I bought it and replace it with this Iphone 4s clone,. It’s dual sim, dual sensor camera that I can take pictures of me even I don’t turn the phone around, plus every toolbar and browser works (google, yahoo, and opera mini. It doesn’t have safari browser.) Videos that can only be played here are mpeg-4 file so if have mp4 4mat better convert it first. I’m already contented with my phone right now, though it only have few games unlike the original one , I guess I’m already contented surfing \net and opening and sharing thoughts and messages at facebook., Youtube will load if you have bigger memory at the micro sd card (which can be up to 32 gig). You can buy it at Recto Malls near divisoria or any cell phone stalls., I got mine with extra battery
Music list should be in one folder only (At the default music folder) other music or mp3 stored in your own created folder won’t play.. Unfortunately you can’t delete some boring stuff like the lighter etc. I also cannot use wap for browsing which sucks., tried a lot of times trying to configure the settings manually but still won’t work, so I just use wifi at school and got our modem replaced with the wifi – modem one so I can still browse at my phone even if my sister is using the pc., If you have any concern which hopefully I ca answer this is my ym and fb add unnoticed_07@yahoo.com and my mobile # 09466173165 txt me I’ll answer ur questions if I also know the answer to it but I apologize if not because I’m not an expert, I’m also just a typical iphone china user. tnx

Hi. I just bought mine (iphone 4s clone) and so far i am contented with it, even though the phone says it has 64g capacity when in fact it only has 3.5g. Video, camera, wap browsing, messaging, apps are working just fine. But i have problem browsing thru WLAN. I can’t connect to wifi, i input right password, but still it says connect failed. Any idea what is wrong?
